Why us

This isn’t a course platform.

We don’t ship videos. We don’t ship bootcamps. We don’t ship anything you can finish without thinking. Every unit is hand-built and industry-vetted — the material is what engineers at the top AI labs and tech companies actually use to ship work, not what content platforms sell to people who don’t yet know what they don’t know.

The filter

Every chapter, every primitive, every code example is checked against what actually ships at the top AI labs and the biggest tech companies. Not the simplified version. The real one. Whether you are a student aiming at your first offer, a career-switcher entering tech, or a working engineer pivoting into the AI era, you read the same material the people at the top of the field use.

The shortcut

A university degree takes four years and graduates you into a syllabus written before LLMs existed. Bootcamps take three months and ship you into yesterday’s tools. Free resources take you a year and you’re still unsure if you’re ready.

Codritium installs the AI-era engineering mindset in weeks — the patterns, the vocabulary, the verification skills the schools and the bootcamps don’t teach because they didn’t exist when those programs were designed. This is the fastest path past a traditional degree we know how to build, and it’s aimed at the job you actually want.

The method

We don’t teach you a stack. We install a mindset that survives the next ten stacks. In the AI era, information is cheap. Books are out of date the day they ship. ChatGPT will lecture you for an hour on something it half-understands. None of that lands you the role.

What lands the role is validated, sharp, prioritized knowledge delivered text-first — so you can absorb it, search it, and apply it without scrubbing a 90-minute video for the one minute that matters. Reading is faster than watching. Writing is faster than listening. The job is text.

Who it’s for

Anyone serious. You don’t need a CS degree. You don’t need a decade of experience. You don’t need to already know how to code — the foundation course meets you where you are and walks you to the first offer. Students, self-taught, career- switchers, and working engineers pivoting into AI all read the same material because the bar is set by the industry, not by where you start.

The only thing we ask is that you want it badly enough to read, write, and verify — instead of watch and forget. If that describes you, the door is open.

Want it free? Read this first.

There are places to learn engineering for free. r/learnprogramming, YouTube, freeCodeCamp, MIT OpenCourseWare, the open internet. They taught most of us at some point. They’re honest about being free and you should go use them.

The risk: you’ll spend hundreds of hours filtering signal from noise. You won’t know what to skip. You won’t know what’s out of date. You’ll finish a six-week curriculum and still not be ready for a real loop. The platforms that monetize attention don’t owe you an outcome.

If your time is cheap and your job search isn’t urgent, go free. Come back when both are true.

What graduates do

Built for the new generation of AI engineers.

Codritium is for the engineer building in the AI era. We don’t pad chapters with the API-design tutorials universities still ship. We don’t send you to coding tests as a finish line. We teach the bar the bar raisers actually grade you against — and the patterns that didn’t exist when most of today’s degree programs were designed.

  • 30%

    more interview callbacks

for AI-era engineering roles at top companies

  • 28 h

    saved each week

vs ad-hoc study and AI rabbit-holes

  • 60%

    less likely to stall

    on a real system-design round

Every unit ends with a rubric. You know what hire-strong looks like at every checkpoint. The path is short because the path is direct. The companies don’t score you on tutorials finished — they score you on signals delivered. That’s what we train.

Faster than a degree. Sharper than a bootcamp. Validated where free isn’t.

A traditional CS degree is four years on a curriculum written before LLMs existed. A bootcamp is three months on yesterday’s tools. The free internet is unfiltered, untimed, and never owes you an outcome. Codritium is the single-source, pre-vetted path to a real engineering role in the AI era — the fastest way we know how to overtake a graduate who spent four years on the wrong material.

Codritium is the highest-probability path we know of from where you are today to the engineering role you actually want.

Success stories

What alumni did with these courses.

  • I came in as a career-switcher from finance. Six months after finishing Prompt to Production I had three FAANG offers. The loop isn't a metaphor — I use it every day.
    PN

    Priya N.

    Senior Backend Engineer · Google

  • I'd built three AI demos that died in production. API to Architecture named every pattern I'd been reinventing badly — and now my work survives real users.
    MT

    Marcus T.

    AI Engineer · OpenAI

  • Self-taught from a blank file to a Meta offer in nine months. Blank to Browser was the first course that ended with me having a real site, not a tutorial-shaped one.
    JL

    Jessica L.

    Frontend Engineer · Meta

What makes this different

A different kind of engineering course.

Where it comes from

Based on real workplace practice.

These courses are written by engineers with experience inside the teams that ship the systems you read about. Same patterns, same loop, same rigor — extracted from how senior engineers actually onboard and review work, not from textbook abstractions.

Who built it

Engineers who've shipped at top labs.

The material is designed by engineers who've worked at TikTok, Anthropic, and other top-tier labs — not by content marketers writing about engineering. Every code example, every pattern, every anti-pattern came from real production failure modes someone has actually seen.

What you won't find

No PDFs. No templates. No upsell.

We don't sell stress-printable PDFs, prompt template packs, or productivity bundles. There is no Discord with 8,000 lurkers. Just the courses, written like real engineering documentation, with worked examples that you copy and adapt. Read in a weekend, apply for a career.
